I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

- The Administrator provides services and offers products to individual customers and businesses, particularly in the following areas: IT and programming language training (Flutter), mobile and web application development.
- This Privacy Policy contains information about the rights of individuals whose data is collected in connection with the acquisition and processing of personal data by the Administrator, as well as the principles applied by the Company regarding the protection of personal data, including data collected through online forms on the website: www.floworbiter.com.
- The Administrator declares commitment to proper management of personal data security in the Company and assures that every effort will be made to ensure the security of personal data protection in compliance with applicable laws, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).
II. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION. STORAGE PERIOD.
- The Company limits the collection and processing of personal data to the necessary minimum. The collection of personal data occurs in connection with:
- filling out an online form or making a training reservation,
- conclusion and performance of a contract, including a training agreement;
- giving consent to receive commercial information about the services or products of the Administrator;
- contacting the Administrator through available tools on the website www.floworbiter.com;
- automatically through cookies.
- The collection of personal data is carried out for the purpose of:
- handling a submission made through an online form;
- entering into and performing a training agreement;
- carrying out other instructions of the person whose data is concerned;
- sending commercial information after obtaining prior consent from the authorized person;
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Company.
- Due to the subject matter of the contract and other elements, the Administrator may process the following personal data: name and surname; address of residence/business headquarters (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country); PESEL number; date of birth; email address; contact phone number; employer’s data; data related to the course of education. In the case of customers who are not individuals, the Administrator may additionally process the entrepreneur’s company name and tax identification number (NIP). The scope of personal data required to conclude a contract is specified in the relevant online form or in the contract text on the website at www.floworbiter.com.
- Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligations of the Administrator. Thus, personal data is stored until:
- it is necessary to perform the contract, i.e., deliver the product or service;
- applicable legal regulations require the Administrator to store personal data;
- personal data is required to protect and defend the rights or property of the Administrator (in principle, this will be the statute of limitations for claims).
III. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING.
- The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- entering into and performing a training agreement;
- expressed consent, e.g., regarding the sending of marketing communications to the email address for marketing purposes;
- fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, e.g., processing complaints;
- fulfilling legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator, e.g., direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services.
IV. RIGHTS.
- Withdrawal of consent or the exercise of other rights can be done by phone, by email, or at the Company’s registered office. Contact details are provided in §V below.
- The Company, upon receiving a request as mentioned in paragraph 2 above, will promptly take action to consider and fulfill the request.
V. SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA.
- Personal data may be disclosed to:
- other partners of the Administrator, when necessary to provide products or services;
- professional advisors;
- companies or other entities, as a result of the instructions of the person whose data is concerned or a person acting on behalf of a Minor or after obtaining the prior consent of that person;
- any state authorities, offices, institutions, enforcement authorities, courts, or other third parties, to the extent necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator or serving to protect the rights of the Administrator or third parties.
- Before disclosing personal data to third parties mentioned in § V paragraph 1 points a-c, the Administrator will require the specified entity to maintain confidentiality and security of information and use the provided personal data only for the purpose and to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of disclosing personal data, e.g., in connection with providing a service or product to the Administrator.
VI. COOKIE POLICY.
- In accordance with art. 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004, Telecommunications Law, the website www.floworbiter.com uses Cookies containing computer data, in particular, text files that are stored on the end device of the User.
- The Cookies used on the website do not store any personal data or other information collected from Users. These files can be used only for the following purposes:
- maintaining a connection with the service;
- statistical calculations;
- analytical purposes;
- technical purposes related to the administration of the service.
- Transmission of data provided by Users is encrypted each time using a secure HTTPS protocol.

In case of doubts or objections regarding the way the Company manages personal data, the Administrator encourages contact via the email address provided above. Regardless of the above, the authorized person has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Any changes to this Policy, especially resulting from the need to adapt the privacy policy to applicable legal regulations, will be published on the Administrator’s website at www.floworbiter.com.
- The provisions of the Course Regulations posted at https://floworbiter.com/regulamin/ take precedence over the provisions of this Policy. This Policy enters into force on December 13, 2023
